"Absolutely extraordinary venue with spectacular views from every corner. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. We took a room for 2 adults and 1 child. It was plenty large with freshly supplied towels everyday. I didn’t get the purpose of the small pool in our balcony as we barely used it. But we definitely enjoyed the main pool and the beach pool. The food was amazing. Definitely loved trying out the local food and the seafood. The wellness centre was also wonderful. Loved taking some of their sessions. Also tried out the spa and that was wonderful. A shout out to the wonderful staff serving and cleaning and advising guests of the facilities and events for each day and you definitely know this place caters to families as it has a good kids’ menu and a children’s activity centre - El Conuco - the lovely Yine does a lovely Cassava workshop. She went above and beyond keeping our little one occupied with activities schedule. Special mention to our ambassador Rafaela and Amstar Berny Green who organised our tours to Limon and Los Haitisses. "

"Resort could not find our reservation so not a good start. The drove us to the preferred club and could not find it either. Had us complete check in paperwork and then took us back to where it all started. Food was ok, we were expecting better compared to other secrets we stayed. Staff made a reservation for us to a restaurant that was closed for that night. Not sure we will go back to this Secrets and might be time to try something different. "
