Hidden Gem Alert - My dad and I had a great start to our stay at this hotel! Check-in was quick and easy, with the added bonus of free parking. We were even able to check in early around 9:30am, well before the scheduled 4pm time. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the shuttle service to the NY bus was a convenient perk. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely come back again for a weekend trip!

I requested clean towels at the front desk the previous evening, and I was assured they would be sent immediately. However, the towels were not delivered. The following morning, I contacted the front desk again and spoke with a representative, informing her of the situation. She assured me that the towels would be sent right away, but they were not delivered, and no apology was offered for the oversight.

Had an awesome stay at this hotel! They recently renovated so everything was extremely clean and new. Constantly cleaning and dusting everything unlike the majority of hotels I’ve been to. What stood out the most was how accommodating and nice all the staffs were! Conveniently located next to a few restaurants. Breakfast was good too , they have a variety of options, every day we had a different selection. Only downside was the pool was a bit small but we still enjoyed it. I hope they keep up with cleaning! Definitely will come here again and again!
