"This hotel is way past the need for a remodel. Upon check-in, I was booked into a room and told where it’s location is.. The hotel is laid out very strangely, so I found the room, proceeded to try to unlock the door. After several attempts, a man opened the door. It was already occupied. So I went back to the check-in encounter where I had to wait for about 15 minutes. I explained that room was already taken, and so she gave me another room. Through the maze of rooms again, I found my new room. The key activated the unlocking of the door, but the top lock was locked from the inside. So back to the front counter again, waiting another 15 to 20 Minutes, and finally got another room. It was over an hour just to get my room. Rooms are very outdated, not taken care of, and musty smelling. They offer a free breakfast, which was terrible. Very little out to choose from, and if you wanted an omelette, you needed to buy a seven dollar ticket from the counter. We were supposed to get a $10 food and beverage credit and were never given that. When I asked about it, they had no idea what I was talking about. I definitely do not recommend this this hotel."
