"Amazing hotel! We were blessed with an upgrade to the General Pershing Suite and it didn’t disappoint. The shower is TOP NOTCH and includes opposing jets and a steam sauna. The toilet seat was heated, a timed heat lamp, and a heated towel rack was present. It also had a fireplace. The bed was comfortable and the location was right in the center of downtown Manitou. The staff was incredibly helpful. Breakfast was okay, not great. We would love to return again!"

"All of it was great except the parking system. I had self parking charges to our card for each night and there was a time where we couldn’t get out of the parking garage. We called to front desk for assistance but they had a heavy call volume at that time which is understandable but we needed out so we ended up having to scan the QR code and ended up paying an additional $42 to exit the parking garage which needs to be refunded. Other than that, it was a great stay. "
