Stunning home in Rudkøbing with sauna

Beautiful, spacious wooden holiday home located in the Spodsbjerg vacation home area. The house has no carpeting and is functionally furnished. There are many facilities in the house and on the grounds and terrace, including a boules court.



The whole family can spend hours in the activity room, and the 6-person outdoor spa, sauna and outdoor shower will keep everyone happy all year round, especially in winter when you can sit outside in the warm water, snow on your face and admire the starry sky.



The layout of the house has been designed with wheelchair users and people with walking difficulties in mind. Of the 3 bathrooms in the house, one is suitable for wheelchair users and has level access to the house and terraces.



There is a small fishing port approx. 1.7 km from the vacation home where you can buy fresh fish. Next door is the beautiful marina with excellent sailing opportunities. Two ferries commute between Spodsbjerg and Tårs - they cross the international shipping channel in the Langeland Belt, where everything from cruise ships to large cargo ships are constantly on the move. There are good fishing opportunities along the coast, on the sea and in the nearby Put & Take lake. Or go on a shopping spree in Langeland's largest town Rudkøbing, a charming town with picturesque buildings, squares and cobbled streets that have just the right mix of old and new to make them immensely charming. Here you will experience a hospitality that can only be found in a few other places.
