The detached house is surrounded by a well-kept and mediteran garden and a closed parking.
For self-catering!
Villa Vanessa is just 200 meters from a natural pebble and rocky beach. A little further is a newly landscaped -very beautiful pebble beach with promenade.

The house is spread over 2 floors. The upper floor is accessible via a spiral staircase. The outdoor area has 2 large terraces with a beautiful panoramic view over the sea. It is equipped with seating and sun loungers.
There are 3 bedrooms, two with double bed and one with single bed. There is air conditioning, satellite TV and internet / wi-fi.
The living area is lovingly furnished with everything you need in the home, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and freezer / cooler combination.
In the open conservatory you can stay anytime and eat with a view to the outside.
Also, the house has 2 bathrooms (1 large and 1 small) and 2 toilets.
The living area comprises approximately 130m² with ground floor,
1. Floor and terraces.

At the top of the bedrooms is a "panoramic room" from which you can enjoy a wonderful sea view of the church of Rovinj.

Borik is a quieter and greener (pine trees!) Suburb of Rovinj.
The center of Rovinj is 2 km away from us, so easy to walk (about half an hour) or from Camping Amarin accessible by taxi boat.
The grocery store 'Konsum' is only 50 meters away.

In the immediate vicinity there are several restaurants.

The homeowner and a very dear, black free-range German Shepherd live in the lower ground floor of the house us are always approachable with questions and helpful.

Eine sehr schöne Woche

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es ist alles notwendige vorhanden, sodass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig gelegen und dennoch zentral, sodass man schnell überall hinkommt. Sei es ans Meer oder auch nach Rovinj. Besonders schön sind die Terrassen, wo wir unsere Abende verbracht haben. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sicher wieder. Frau Ciliberti ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Person und hatte den ein oder anderen Tipp für uns.Wir können dieses Ferienhaus jedem empfehlen, der Ruhe und Erholung sucht und dennoch einiges unternehmen möchte.

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön, bestens ausgestattet, außerordentlich sauber.!Wir hatten dort eine wunderschöne Zeit, begleitet durch eine sehr sympathische, freundliche ,hilfreiche Gastgeberin !Im Wintergarten kann man wunderbar speisen, nachdem man in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche gekocht hat, auf den Terrassen entspannen und in den gut ausgestatteten Schlafzimmer mit sehr guten Matratzen hervorragend schlafen. Wir waren mit Leihfahrrädern unterwegs, zum Badestrand und in die Stadt ist es eine sehr kurze Distanz.Restaurants ,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Fahrradverleih sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.Wir können den Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in bester Lage. Das Haus war sauber, geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Restaurant und Strand sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr gepflegtes Objekt, genau wie beschrieben. Alls vorhanden. Haus = super. Die Vermieterin war sehr misstrauisch und wir hatten den Eindruck, dass sie ein wenig neugierig ist. Ein Stück weit kann ich das verstehen, aber es wird nun mal vermietet und da sollte man nicht x-mal hören, dass schon wieder ein Glas kaputt sei. (Bei uns war es 1 günstiges Ikea Glas). Hat menschlich einfach nicht gepasst, aber das kann immer passieren.

Herbstferien in Istrien
