Nice location, walking distance to anything in downtown Rotorua. Pillow top beds were super comfortable! Spacious enough rooms and ample parking either on property or adjacent streets for free. Diverse and plentiful breakfast. My only complaint was that the breakfast area was a bit chilly since they had adjacent pool area open for overflow where it was colder. Very clean hotel and well-maintained property.
