Recent stay at Pullman Rototrua...it was not a five-star experience. Average amenities, location, the view of the lake from the superior room was blotted by views into a concrete office block. It felt disappointing and over-priced. Redeeming features: the King bed was comfortable, and the waterfall shower was great.

We had a great stay at Pullman. The room was very spacious, the location is perfect, and the overall value for the price is excellent. The AC was amazing, super strong and kept the room very comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable as well. There is valet parking available at the hotel for an extra cost, but we didn’t need it since there was street parking available. It’s free from 6pm to 9am, and also free during the day with a time limit of 1–3 hours. Would happily stay here again.
