The "Casa Segria" is located in quiet position in the urbanization "Mas Busca" of Roses.
The center of Roses with its many shops and restaurants, and the beach can be reached in a few minutes (about 3 km) and known to the water .- and leisure park Aguabrava are only 1km away
The house has three double bedrooms, three modern bathrooms with shower, an open plan living.-Essraum With fireplace and the German satellite TV, and a well-equipped kitchen.
The outdoor area with its Mediterranean plants offers plenty of space to relax and unwind and the private pool for cooling off. There is also a covered patio with barbecue-corner, an outdoor shower, and a storage room with washing machine.
Through a spiral staircase you come to the small roof terrace, from here you have a view of the surrounding mountains of the Alt Emporda and in winter you can see the snow capped mountains of the Pyrenees.
The completely enclosed property offers space for two cars.

Empfehlenswert
Das Haus war für uns 3 Erwachsene super. Sehr sauber. Alles vorhanden. Nachteil: man benötigt ein Auto für den Einkauf.
Wir planen bereits unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in dem Haus und in Roses. Vielen Dank.

La maison du bonheur
Maison très agréable malgré le mobilier un peu vieillot. Mais ce n'était pas un problème (sauf peut-être les frigos qui ne refroidissaient pas bien). Très chouette piscine à bonne température. Très bien clôturé pour le chien. En gros, la maison mérite le titre "La maison du bonheur".

Prima en net huis
Het huis was netjes en prima, wel stonden er veel spullen in, alsof er normaal in gewoond wordt. Het zwembad was top, maar bij het gebruik van de buitendouche kwam er vaak een heel vervelende riool lucht voorbij. Verder veel gekko’s , super, want hierdoor weinig tot geen muggen ;)

Vacaciones para recordar
Hemos estado con los niños y el perro y todos hemos disfrutado de las vacaciones. La casa muy bien, pequeños detalles como la ducha con agua caliente junto a las piscina, los tres baños o la gran mesa exterior techada junto a la barbacoa para comer al aire libre me han hecho poner la máxima puntuación. Por poner alguna pega decir que las puertas de las habitaciones necesitarían una puesta al día, aunque cumplen su función perfectamente, también indicar que la televisión estaba orientada a franceses y alemanes, pero la verdad es que no perdimos tiempo viéndola.

Alles prima, gerne wieder
Uns hat der Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird, der Pool wird gewartet und es ist alles wie beschrieben. Ein kleiner Tipp: Es wäre super, wenn ein Vorhang am Fenster seitlich am Esstisch angebracht wird, da die Sonne morgen hineinscheint und es sehr heiß ist, obwohl die Fenster geöffnet waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
