About this property

Wonderful and Large Charming Loft in the Center of Rome - Esquilino

Loft in the heart of Rome. Charming and incredibly comfortable, this home is located in the historic and central Esquilino neighborhood. It’s very spacious and combines sophisticated design with history, thanks to its vaulted ceilings. Whether you prefer to walk, bike, or take a bus, all the historic sites will be within easy reach. And when you’re home, enjoy your time! My wife and I have lovingly created this space to offer you a unique experience. Perfect for couples and families with children.
Spacious and charming apartment of approximately 90 m2.

LIVING ROOM:
Spacious living room equipped with a comfortable single sofa bed (with the option to add a second sofa bed if there are 4 guests), a dedicated work area, and an entertainment corner with a professional foosball table and a 55-inch TV (with Netflix) — Access to a small outdoor patio

BEDROOM:
Spacious and comfortable bedroom with a king-size canopy bed, designer nightstands, and a wardrobe for two. Stunning barrel-vaulted ceilings from the early 1900s.

DINING ROOM:
Spacious dining room with a fireplace, a reading area, and a large table for your meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home: pots and pans, dishes and glasses for 4 people, an oven, a refrigerator, and a washing machine

BATHROOM:
The bathroom is small but equipped with every comfort (toilet with handheld showerhead, sink, shower stall, complete with a hair dryer and all personal hygiene essentials). Given the size of the bathroom, we recommend renting our apartment for two adults, with or without children.

- Colosseum: 25 minutes on foot or by public transportation
