We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Sanctuary Urban Retreat. We spent 5 night and were very grateful for the comfortable bed and quiet neighbourhood. The hotel is tucked away in a beautiful part of Rome which is away from all the touristy hustle and bustle. We walked to most places or took the subway. There are great restaurants within walking distance just down the hill or a 15 min walk to the Trastevere neighbourhood. They have beautiful, clean and modern accommodations, the staff are wonderful and it's not too far from most of the major attractions. I highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Rome.

We LOVED this hotel. It is redone and modern and very calm and Zen like and built right next to a large Catholic church that provides a beautiful backdrop wall to their establishment. The bed was super comfortable. I believe they rent the space next to the church for their garden area where you have breakfast and then as a bar starting at 5pm. They upgraded us to a larger room that opens onto a floor level balcony that is private from the garden area. The staff are the BEST ever. I would stay there again if in Rome. There are many great restaurants close at hand.

Amamos o hotel! Super confortável e limpo! E as toalhas não são fedidas como falam!!! São toalhas de algodão e estão guardadas em um cesto de vime, por isso o cheiro. Overall good , as a Swede i would appreciate coffe available in the room. Nespresso machine or even freeze dried coffee. For the price paid i think its not to much asked. (And yes i know i could order from the bar for a fee) Besides that. Nice little hotel with lots of cozy small bara and restaurants just a few hundred meters down the street. 10-15 m straight walk to coloseum

Helt nytt hotell i gammalt kloster, superfräsch med vacker o vilsam innergård, sköna sängar, lakan, badrockar. Härlig frukost med hipsterdragning, på egen bricka med möjlighet till olika val som tillagades på beställning. Nära till flera spännande områden - san Saba, ostiense, testaccio med butiker, restauranger och ”vanligt folk”. Några minuter till pendeltåget som tar en till havet, Ostia på 30 min eller Ostia antica (fantastiskt!).
