Very good breakfast. They advertise room as soundproof. It is not soundproof on the 5th floor. Needed earplugs. Changed rooms on 5th floor to another location and still needed earplugs to sleep. Had loud music emanating from restaurant on roof till 1:30 am in the morning! My room was spacious for a deluxe room and front desk personal were very friendly.

The location of the hotel is great. It's walkable to a lot of attractions. The reason i gave 3 starts is the room itself. The AC was dispabled (aparently there is a rule in Rome after a certain date the ac unites have to be disabled. At least thats what i was told by the front desk staff. The room i didnt have windows and was very dark. The temperature is the room was 26C (79F) and it would not cool down. The staff brought us a fan, but even tht wouldnt help. I wish i knew that the hotel had windowless rooms on the 1st floor i would have never booked it. It was soo uncomfortable it was imposible to be in the room. To be honest, i think that floor is fire hazard as you have to walk through 2 doors to get out and there is no window to open.

Great customer service awesome room clean daily service provided clean towels daily the door security DouDou was very helpful and made our stay safe while we smoke our cigar late night by the Brillo Restaurant also the food at Brillo is delicious the restaurant staff super nice breakfast the best Kristina one of the hostess was very nice professional and provided great service all of the staff are very helpful, profesional they made us feel welcome this is our second time staying at this hotel and will stay at this hotel next time we visit Rome.
