Room was clean but basic. Kettle and fridge but no coffee or milk, only black tea and sugar. Bed cover was very thin, and we had no control over the heat setting. It was warm enough, but we actually had to turn on the AC to control the temperature. You do have control over the AC unit in the room, which would be a bonus in the summer. Given the very positive reviews, I expected better quality for the cost of this accommodation.

The room was spotless and quiet. The staff is fantastic, and very attentive.You cannot beat the location. It is walking distance to most sites. I would stay here again. They didn’t have late check ins but the reception accommodated our late arrival.

The location is very convenient and the attendant, Loredana, is very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. This is a reasonable option for a budget traveler. There is a good Georgian restaurant next door and plenty of breakfast options. However, this is not a "real" hotel. This is a an apartment converted to a set of rooms. There is no lobby or front desk. Not a big deal but FYI. The bathroom was clean and modern but the room was tiny.

My friend and I had the best stay here. Stefano was very helpful and made our arrival quick and easy. Our room was clean and very spacious. The location made all of the main attractions easy to walk to. It is close to Termini which is great for airport transfers/day trips. Most importantly we felt very safe here. I will definitely recommend this spot to all of my friends.
