This new, quiet apartment in the residential Parioli neighborhood—which is very well connected to the historic center—features a bedroom overlooking the private garden, a bathroom with a large shower stall, a living room with a sleeper sofa, a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchenette, which opens onto the furnished garden—perfect for relaxing after invigorating city explorations. Wi-Fi, AC, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Smart TV, parking, supermarket, and restaurants just a stone’s throw from home
The Space
The apartment, recently renovated, is located on the first floor of an elegant period building, typical of the early 1900s, in the residential Parioli neighborhood, well-connected to the historic center. It is located just a short walk from the Ennio Morricone Auditorium Parco della Musica, the Quisisana Clinic, the San Pietro Fatebenefratelli Hospital, and LUISS Guido Carli University and the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart. It is just a 3-minute walk from the Carrefour Express supermarket at Viale Parioli 73 and the Parioli neighborhood market. In addition, there is a paid parking lot next door with which we have a partnership.
The apartment features a private entrance and a quiet, well-furnished private garden, ideal for moments of relaxation and tranquility. The living room, which opens onto the garden, is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (140x190) and a 55" Smart TV. The dining area, with a table for 6 people, is adjacent to a well-equipped kitchenette, complete with an oven, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, Nespresso machine, toaster, and electric kettle.
The bedroom, with a window overlooking the garden, is furnished with a 3-door closet, a desk, and a comfortable double bed (180x190). The bathroom, with a window overlooking the inner courtyard, is accessible directly from the bedroom and features a spacious shower stall, a washing machine, a dryer, and an electric water heater. The apartment has central heating, and air conditioning is provided by split-system units in both the living room and the bedroom. The Wi-Fi is ultra-fast and provides a stable connection throughout the house and in the garden.
You’ll find a crib, a high chair, and children’s tableware at your disposal, as we believe this is an ideal place for families with young children.
In addition, you’ll find a hair dryer, an ironing board, an iron, and a clothes rack, in case you prefer not to use the dryer.
For sports enthusiasts, you’ll enjoy being close to three beautiful parks: the smaller but charming Villa Glori, and two large green oases, Villa Borghese and Villa Ada, ideal for walks, jogging, and relaxing outdoors
If you’re a larger group, please note that next door we have another two-bedroom apartment, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, a sitting area, and a small outdoor space furnished with a table.
Guest Access
The apartment and private garden are entirely at your disposal. In the bathroom, you’ll find a cabinet with cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, brooms, and a bucket, which you’re welcome to use. In the bedroom, in addition to the large guest closet, there’s a small, lockable cabinet where we keep spare linens and supplies for managing the apartment. We kindly ask that you respect the building rules, in particular by avoiding excessive noise after 10:00 PM, especially in the garden, to ensure the neighborhood’s peace and quiet.
Other things to keep in mind
From Termini Station, take bus No. 223 to Piazza Ungheria. From there, it’s a 10-minute walk to the apartment, located at Viale Parioli 120. Also from Piazza Ungheria, you can take bus No. 53 to Piazza Colonna, in the heart of the historic center, or tram No. 3, which offers a true panoramic tour—perfect for those who want to discover Rome in a comfortable and relaxed way. With a route that passes by some of the city’s main tourist attractions, Tram 3 offers a unique view of iconic sites such as the working-class neighborhood of San Lorenzo, Porta Maggiore, San Giovanni, the Colosseum, the Pyramid of Cestius, Testaccio, and Trastevere. In the opposite direction, the tram takes you to the National Museum of Modern Art (GNAM) and the National Etruscan Museum, offering an experience that combines art, history, and culture. Tram 19, on the other hand, takes you on one route to Piazzale Flaminio, Castel Sant’Angelo, and on to the Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s Basilica, and on the other route to Pigneto, a neighborhood full of charming bars and restaurants. I recommend downloading the Moovit app to help you navigate public transportation and the ITTaxi app for taxi services.
