Great access to the trains. Nice neighborhood. Two very steep stair cases which is fine for younger people. We are both 65. The bathroom required TLC and instructions for the hot water heater. it is perfectly located for exploring Rome and mass transit to day trip to other cities in Italy. Management was very responsive.

The room was in a good location, right across from a train station. It wasn't too bad at night because the trains didn't run frequently. There were two flights of stairs to get to it and the exterior was weedy and a little run down. The shower could use a deep cleaning with bleach - the caulk was mildewed and under the kitchen sink was black mold on the wall. The room didn't seem very clean
