I was really upset that I was told I lived too close to Rochester to rent a room here. Spent all day waiting for family in surgery then decided to stay overnight. Told I live to close. Had a really nice room at Super8.

Our room stunk like 3 cats peed all over the room. Their was old food under the beds, floor was wet. We covered thr beds with sheets and slept on them. Nothing else avail, arrived late with kids. We have travelled across the country and stayed everywhere...this is the most disgusting place we have ever been too!! SHUT IT DOWN

Very close to St. Mary's. The price is right and it is clean. Nothing fancy. Lots of space and comfortable beds.

Good location for Mayo Clinic visit. Room was clean and there were no bed bugs. The mattress was not very good and the room was kind of dumpy. We appreciated the low price and a lite breakfast was included. The staff were friendly and gave us some good recommendations for places to have supper.

large space, very hot, no control, plain, basic.

Pros: Plenty of parking out back.
Cons: Refresh room, fix things.
Location: Close to hospital and that's what I needed.
Had to ask for soap and shampoo. Thermostat did not stop heat, even when set to 60 F. Dry paint on bath room floor. Strange controls on bath tub. Had to open windows to control room temperature. Two of the windows would not open as the cranks were damaged and would not operate the window. This is a basic room with a bed in the kitchen, dinning, and living room along with a bed in the separate room that had access to the bath room. Cleaning could be improved with new fixtures, and wall repair that includes paint. Had to climb to third floor.

Very happy with our room

Yes the hotel is dated but I didn't expect the Ritz for the price. Liked having a separate living room to have family over before husband's surgery. Utiluzed thw kirchenette area also.I would stay there again. And the roll of toilet paper under sink , what a dumb thing to complain about. It was easy to access!
