"This was by far my best hotel experience in Mexico! The grounds were well kept, our room was very clean, lots of available entertainment, delicious food, great activity crew making everything so fun and energetic (David, Daniel, Daniela). A huge shout out to Saul(Helios restaurant), Concierge staff (David and Cielo) for arranging pick-ups and reservations, Alejandro (Chic Cabaret) for his outstanding service and Wilma (nightly turn down housekeeper) for the little things she did to make our stay extra special."
