Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City Hotel & Casino – A Caesars Rewards Destination
"The phone system in the hotel are messed up. Hit the restaurant button on inside phone and only had choices for Cesar’s in Las Vegas. Called front desk and transferred to another third party vendor who told me the premiere restaurant I wanted was closed. After making a reservation at another place, I found the orignal one was opened and operating. When I mentioned that to one of the staff they told me phones are a third party service and they have no control. Very bad management."

Resorts Casino Hotel Atlantic City
"Overall, the room was solid. There was a slight odor in the closet when you stepped inside. Interesting use of the space in the suite that I had in terms of where the TVs were positioned in relation to the bed and the couch and tables. Also the space in one of the bathrooms was a little snug and the flush handles on the toilets reminded me more of a public bathroom than a plush hotel room. All things considered (room, casino, food), a cool stay."
