Get away to this cozy, yet modern cottage in the woods, situated on a small cove in Riverport. Relax in an architecturally designed cottage with large glass doors facing the water providing incredible views of nature no matter where you are sitting. A bird watcher’s paradise.
Lots of comfort with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, outdoor shower, and a large living and dining space that open up to a spacious deck. Small firepit is great for watching the sun set.
Ideal location; Within walking distance of Rose Bay Bistro and General Store; a short drive to gorgeous beaches and amazing hiking trails. Lunenburg and Mahone Bay are close by, and the LaHave ferry is a 5 min drive to take you to more breathtaking sights along the NS coastline.

Weekend away
Lovely modern cabin on the water in Riverport. Close distance to Lunenburg, multiple beaches etc...We had a nice fire in the evening with a beautiful view. Would stay again

Delivering our Daughter
We stayed here for a few days as we accompanied our daughter to the Lunenburg area for her new job. Patricia was flexible with our dates and communicated with us in the days leading up to our stay. With a bridge out locally and a couple of detours, we arrived and were pleased at the soitude and cleanliness! It was exactly as described and provided a wonderful place for us to get to know the area.

Lovely stay in Riverport
Enjoyable small house on Nova Scotia - it seems like new construction and is well thought out and tastefully furnished. The owner was easy to deal with, nearby La Have adventure company has a beautiful sunset kayak tour and Lunenburg is within 1/2 an hour. Had a great experience.

Ritcey Cove
Beautiful home and bunkie, with top end appliances and amenities. The view, foggy or golden sunshine, is beautiful from every window in the home. The local.store is great, in walking distance. We loved exploring, using the LaHave ferry, going to the Lahave Bakery, the fort museum and The Ovens. There was so much more to explore had we been there longer. The outdoor shower was a huge hit; feeling like you're showering with nature all around you. The owner/host was easily accessible via text/phone/email. The design, decor and amenities make you feel the hotel experience in a home setting. Beautiful!!
