Riverfront 2 Bedroom Cabin on the Nolichucky River

This peaceful river front property is the perfect place to get away from the world and unwind. The 2 bedroom 1.5 cabin sit right upon the bank of the Nolichucky River in Erwin, Tennessee. Just 7 minutes off of I-26 you will be nestled in between Asheville, NC and Johnson City, TN.
The outdoor space is very private and quiet. The yard is completely fenced if you shut the gate after your arrival, so it is perfect for bringing the dogs along! Enjoy sun on the decks or on the bank of the river, or find shade on the porch or under the mature trees that grace the yard.
There is over 400 feet of riverfront for you to enjoy here at River House 52!
Inside, you will be greeted by a massive stone fireplace that spans through the living room and kitchen. A cozy reclining sectional is the perfect place to relax by the fire. The kitchen has a huge island with the cooktop inside, so you can visit with other guests while cooking in this open floor plan. It is fully equipped with all of the necessities, so bring your favorite food and know that we have everything you’ll need to prepare it.

Adorable "cabin"
Adorable! Well worth the price. Loved the fully fenced in yard for the dog. The property was great. Bathrooms and shower were awesome. Loved the look of the inside as well as the yard. All great things to say about this property.

Peaceful, great yard very pet friendly. Loved the living room and outside areas. Scenic and nice river. Fished and had a relaxing visit. Even nice next door neighbor came over introduced himself and offered to allow us to fish off his shore. We loved it. Would definitely recommend.
