"I love this hotel. This was my second stay in 10 months. My only criticism was check-in. There were 4 people ahead of me and it took almost a half hour to get to me."

"The hotel did not meet our expectations, it does not match the price or the reviews. We got a room without a real window (the window faced the hallway) so there is no oxygen inside. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, which could not be ventilated. The wall near the air conditioning was wet and with black mold. The air conditioning also smelled. It was very unpleasant. The bed was worn, the mattress had a depression in the middle.The breakfast was only basic, the ingredients did not seem to be of good quality. So far the worst hotel I have been to, I would not return."

"I never checked in, room wasn’t available and because it was a “on going booking” it didn’t let me cancel it and the hotel couldn’t cancel it neither. I lost my money and got scammed. "

"Front desk was a bit overwhelming when checking in, I thought checking in in advance would make it go faster but overall nice staff, very accommodating and kept our baggage’s safe even after checking out. Check out was smooth and quick and room was decent for two people."
