"The hotel is average, nothing more. Room felt small, bathroom hot and steamy with little space to hang towels, wet clothing and no balcony space. Whilst it met our basic needs after 3 days I grew fed up with the lack of space and dim lighting. You could hear some noise early mornings which woke us prematurely a few times. Breakfast was chaotic. The dining staff went above and beyond to help but they need new facilities; both coffee machines broke twice, the fresh orange machine once, the cereal dispenser required the staff to adjust it’s broken handle three times in one morning to work. The dining space cannot cater to the amount of diners at 9am. It was mayhem & quite frankly survival. To top it off for 3 days one life was out of service resulting in us using the fire exit. Passable but not ideal or a holiday experience. "

"Great location, close to restaurants, the beach and other attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast had many options and lots of different fruits and juices which I enjoyed. Great service! I would recommend."

"Phenomenal place to stay! Booked this property twice on our trip to Brazil. The staff was fantastic from start to finish. We arrived early and our room wasn’t quite ready but they were set up to allow you the ability to store your luggage and change to enjoy the rooftop pool and bar. I left my oura ring the first stay and they found it and kept it over a week without us even having a follow up reservation. Forgot to put the sign on our room for no house keeping one day. There was stuff all over the place including a MacBook and tons of cash but not a penny or item was missing and everything was neatly placed on the tables around the room to make the bed and refresh the bathroom. We were also offered a late checkout due to our late flight. Breakfast was phenomenal. Staff was always super friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough great things about this property!"
