"The pool is very small which results in it becoming dirty very quickly however staff are quick to clean it if you ask them. The location was 10/10 if you don't want to be in a busy area but still have a great beach and good restaurants near by, I felt very safe here and the staff were extremely friendly. The only thing missing for us was a balcony in the room but the hotel has none so that is fine. Would recommend and would stay again! Obrigado"

"Overall, the hotel is excellent, and our stay was truly memorable. The facilities, service, and atmosphere exceeded our expectations, and the experience as a whole was extraordinary. We would like to especially highlight Caio and the young Carlo for their constant help and kindness throughout our stay. A special thank you as well to Djaci for his excellent service and warm treatment during our dinners at the hotel, and to Patrick for his outstanding service during the afternoons and evenings. We would like to give very special recognition to Jairan Andrade, who was absolutely incredible from the very first day. Jairan provided us with the best advice and recommendations, helping us enjoy an amazing trip in Rio de Janeiro. His professionalism, dedication, and genuine care made a real difference in our experience. As a constructive point for improvement, the only area that could benefit from some attention is the front desk service. We had to complete the check-in process twice and received conflicting information regarding payment conditions. Additionally, we experienced recurring issues with our room keys over five days, which required us to return to the front desk daily for assistance. There were also some inconsistencies with bathroom amenities. Improving coordination and service at the front desk would further elevate an already excellent hotel experience. "Fantastic staff and service, friendly and attentive most of the time. During busy times, such as the New Year, it can be a bit slow, but this is to be expected due to high demand and the hotel being 100% occupied. The bathrooms need attention. Otherwise, excellent."

"I love the Hilton Copacabana. The best views of Copacabana from my room window. Very clean hotel, very kind and courteous staff. Special shout out to my room attendant Valtbir he was so nice to my family and I and gave us great tips to be safe in Rio..The breakfast buffet was the absolute best! A variety of Fresh fruits and the older man that works at the omelette station was always so nice to me. Thanks to the entire staff of Hilton Copacabana you made our vacation absolutely special.. I would definitely go back to Hilton Copacabana."
