Except for a minor delay departing Atlanta the flight and service was fine.

Jan 7, 2020

Overall the flight was good but the flight was about half an hour late to leave and although my flight was within the measurements to be a take on they made me check my luggage even though I didn’t want to because I’m in a foreign country and I’m worried about it getting lost

Nov 29, 2019

For the economy fares, the seat should not recline. Seatings is already uncomfortable and by the customer reclining the seat, it make really uncomfortable bad.!

Oct 7, 2019

I would love to see the music system updated as far as the artist. I would love to see more jazz and blues

How to get through airport security fast when traveling to Rio de Janeiro

Your journey to Rio de Janeiro kicks off as soon as you've finished the security checks. We've put together a list of helpful tips and hints to help you pass through quickly:

  • Keep your boarding pass and passport within easy reach. They'll be the first things you'll be told to produce by airport security.
  • You'll have to pause the music for a short while. Earphones and headphones need to be removed and placed in a tray to be X-rayed. The same applies to items such as heavy jackets and belts.
  • All laptops need to be removed from their protective carriers and placed in a tray before being X-rayed.
  • When it comes to traveling with liquids and gels, all passengers are permitted a quart-sized clear zip-lock bag to transport containers no greater than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters).
  • Hiking footwear and other heavy shoes are often X-rayed by airport security. Consider wearing lightweight sneakers instead.
  • Some destinations have stringent biosecurity laws. Think about where you're going to and whether or not you can travel with fresh fruit and meat.
