Bonjour‌, Je viens juste de rentrer de vacances, c'est pour cela que j'ai tardé à répondre. A mon arrivée, je me suis rendu à l'adresse de réservation, le portier n'avait pas les clefs, il a appelé la propriétaire qui m'a mise en relation avec l'agence GO HOUSE. d'Ipanama. Celle ci ne trouvait ma réservation, j'ai donc du aller à IPANAMA avec la propriétaire, le monsieur de l'agence, m'a dit que ma réservation était du 20 au 28 février. Alors que j'avais ma confirmation du 20 février au 1 mars. L'appartement était loué le 1 mars, le monsieur de l'agence (qui ne parle pas un mot de français) m'a fait attendre en essayant (soi disant) de me trouver un logement pour le 01 mars, je suis restée à l'agence 1 h 30, j'ai du le presser et lui dire que je reviendrai pour voir s'il y avait un logement plus tard. Voilà comment s'est passé mon voyage, j'étais énervé, fatigué de l'avion et contrarié. j'ai du prendre 1 jour d'hôtel le 01/03/18. Dans l'appartement il y a 1 balai mais pas de balayette, pas de drap de rechange,pas de quoi faire le ménage, l'évier est bouché. les conditions dans lesquels j'ai vécu n'étaient pas bonnes. J'ai dormi dans des draps sales et un appartement sale. Je vais mettre une appréciation directement à Go house 302, afin d'avertir les futurs vacanciers. Cordialement
