All in all - we recommend Hotel Jana.

Nice hotel. Service was excellent: reception, personell in dining room and cleaning. Rooms and common areas seemed to be fairly recently renovated. Breakfast was not overwhelming, but reasonable - however, there was no variation during our 4 days stay. Cleaning was excellent. Our room was small, but adequate for two persons. Negative things to mention are that there were no safe, no refrigerator and no kettle.

Il nostro viaggio era mirato per pernottamento e prima colazione. Per questo ci siamo stati soddisfatti. L'accoglienza, la gentilezza e la simpatia sono state eccezionali; la stanza sufficiente ma non mancava nulla. Unico "neo" la manutenzione dello stabile (macchie di infiltrazione di umidità nel soffitto).

Bella struttura ma quelle "risposte"...

Molto buona la strutturanell'insieme e nella posizione a due passi dalla spiaggia. Ottima la colazione e il servizio del personale di sala. Assolutamente da dimenticare il rapporto tra (suppongo) i proprietari in zona reception. Una assoluta freddezza e mancanza di cortesia nelle risposte a qualsiasi titpo di richiesta, fosse anche una richiesta di informazioni (es. chiedere se fosse stato possibile prolungare il soggiorno di una ulteriore notte. La cosa non era possibile in quanto c'erano già delle prenotazioni e non ci sarebbero stati problemi a ricevere una risposta cortese che spiegasse la cosa. Invece il Signore dietro la reception non mi ha nemmeno fatto terminare la domanda che mi ha parlato sopra c"sbattendomi" in faccia un NO secco. Mai successo in 30 anni di frequentazioni di hotel). E questo è solo uno dei diversi episodi vissuti in soli 3 giorni di soggiorno. Quasi non ci credevo. Un vero peccato in quanto, ripeto, la struttura merita davvero (per quanto non esattamente economica)
