CHASE at the front desk got us checked in and told us about all of the amenities the resort offered. Genuine friendly smile and very nice to visit with! Spacious room and beautiful view of the lake

The hotel is very pretty and we looked forward to staying our first time. However.the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We expected a very comfortable bed for the rate we paid. Neither of us slept well at all. The TV didn’t have a guide so we never knew what was showing . The front desk didn’t have a clue about it. It didn’t even tell you what was showing at the time. The room was very spacious and loves the large vanity. They could improve by updating the mattresses and giving us a Tv guide.

We loved the large suite and balcony with view of the lake. Although it was too cold to sit outside it was still fun to see the lake. It was nice to have the refrigerator and microwave to make hot tea and appreciated the Kureig in the room. The living room furniture was a bit outdated and not the most comfortable, but everything was clean and we would definitely stay again. Thanks for a sweet getaway.

Great time as always!

My wife and I had a very relaxing 2-night stay. We never left the site. We enjoyed the food, the spa, and our room. The bed was comfy, the room and bathroom were very spacious. Everything was stocked, clean, and well-maintained. Staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. This was the third time we've been there and we will definitely stay there again!

The chateau is definitely the premier lodging destination in Branson. It is gorgeous and has pretty much everything. We were there in the office season so nothing was really going on. That probably accounted for the lower price. That's a good tradeoff. We were miffed by two things. 1) You are charged for parking $10 a day. You still assume all risks...so you're not paying for secured parking. Just parking period. What? They may be the only lodging in Branson that does that. 2) both sinks in our room (311) had virtually 0 water pressure. The pressure in the tub was fine. We told the place about it and it wasn't fixed. That's just embarrassing. Otherwise the room was quite nice.
