We’ve stayed here a few times and didn’t have a great experience the first time (smelled like cigarettes and they immediately switched our room) but it is so convenient to the airport we have it another try. Ever since we have had an excellent experience. Rooms have been clean and always excellent service. We travel to England 1-2 times a year and always stay here on our way back home since it is connected to the international terminal via walking path. M&S food is available in the terminal so dinner and breakfast are very cheap
