Room okay. Sheets not very soft but bed good. Room clean but really needs paint touch up. Lots of nicks and scrapes to the black paint. Bathroom clean but very dated. Shuttle to airport timely and good value. Driver was really heavy on brakes and threw everyone and all luggage around. Didn’t make any announcements.

I reiterated at the check in desk what I said about mobility and that I struggle to walk long distances my room was on the 5th floor and the furthest room away. When I opened the door the room smelt very badly of smoke. When I explained to reception there was no apology at all they did move me after a delay in moving me. The room didn’t smell fresh but I didn’t want to be traipsing across the hotel again. They originally denied that I had requested disability then they said oh yes you did.
