Room okay. Sheets not very soft but bed good. Room clean but really needs paint touch up. Lots of nicks and scrapes to the black paint. Bathroom clean but very dated. Shuttle to airport timely and good value. Driver was really heavy on brakes and threw everyone and all luggage around. Didn’t make any announcements.

Honestly disappointed. The room was OK but frankly a little tired. They have only one restaurant for dinner, which was undoubtedly the worst meal we had in our entire month long vacation. Huge buffet line of East Indian food that was so darn spicy. It was absolutely impossible to eat, and then there was limp pasta with Bolognese, and a very blend chicken in some creamy looking sauce. All in all we both ended up, just having salad. Not sure what we paid for dinner, but whatever it was it certainly wasn’t worth it. No concierge or luggage service until 7 AM so we logged our bags downstairs. Staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous.The hotel cannot or will not call a cab for you so you have to be completely ready, dressed and downstairs, try to maneuver, the kiosk, which tells you it will email you when in fact, it doesn’t email you, it texts you. Waiting and waiting and waiting for an email. We had inadvertently booked the cab a second time. Radisson in the United States are wonderful, unfortunately this one was a genuine disappointment.

We stayed here 3 days, they cleaned the room for 1 day, and when I say clean, i mean the made the bed and replaced towels only. Did not clean anything else. Would never stay here again.

Room stayed in was average clean because it had a strong foul smell and bathroom door could not close. Plus front door couldn't be secured on the inside. Not impress with the second room. I asked for breakfast cost to be moved when I realised I had to leavevearly before started but the hotel said they couldn't. Breakfast given to go wasn't worth £15.

While the room was very comfy and clean, and the bed was terrific, the tv was broken and it required replacing. This was quite a task and took about an hour, but was not set up to allow for access to the hotel information that was nowhere else to be found. The hotel is large, and very busy, so it wasn't always easy to navigate. As a single traveller it felt a bit overwhelming. There is also no way to buy food that is simple, it's all bar food or upscale italian, which is great if you are with others but not helpful if you are alone. Simple things like instructions on how to lock lockers in the swimming area, or signs when you get out of the lifts, would have reduced my anxiety. I also was given a connecting room which was a bit strange and allows a lot of noise in from the next room. All the staff were kind, but they are clearly being overworked. Nowhere near enough people on check in and it was not always possible to reach anyone on the phone, even after calling several times. Worth remembering it's a city hotel and very busy with large groups, so maybe not ideal if you are a woman alone.

This property is on the hotel bus route for Heathrow. That makes it convenient. It has a bar with food service as well as regular restaurant. I could not get the shower to work and used the handheld shower instead. This sprayed water all over the bathroom as there is only a half door on the tub. This explains the musty smell I detected in the hallway. Overall though, the room was efficient and fine for a one night stay before catching a plane.
