Avoid the bar!

Place is nice and gd location. Bar is a complete rip off!!! Happy hour is a lie, doesnt count for draft beer! Main thing is not one staff member speaks proper English!!!!!! So hard to understand!

Beautiful hotel. Chose it to be close to Terminal5 Heathrow. Brilliant. Stepped from train and a few minutes covered walkway to Sofitel. On leaving , few minutes walk again to Departures. Easy.
