Overall, it was a good stay. However, I was disappointed that the Terrace Bar closed early, so we didn’t get a chance to check it out. The rooms could also use better soundproofing, as we could hear people walking by outside. On the bright side, the lobby bartenders were fantastic—super attentive and skilled at making excellent drinks. Their service definitely stood out and made the experience more enjoyable.

My family and I were moving locally into our new home but needed to stay in a hotel a couple nights before the new house was ready. The staff was excellent, the room was clean and everything we needed provided. The free breakfast was very good. For such a busy hotel we heard no noise from inside or outside the hotel. We would definitely stay there again

Excellent staff and service here. I was disappointed that they do not have a jacuzzi/hot tub. Breakfast was a highlight. I was sad to pay for parking. The only issue with our room was no lid for our ice container. Otherwise the room was as expected. The intense water pressure from the shower was a nice back massage. I would stay again if needed, but I would also consider somewhere cheaper because overall I was not blown away and the experience at the hotel felt a bit “dated” compared to years ago when I stayed at embassy suites.

Best of a trans-US trip.

After driving from our home in DC, through the South and all the way to Seattle. The stay here was the best of them all. Regardless of price, and even bested an up scale hotel in Park City Utah.

Carpet dirty, toilet rocked back and forth, key stopped working due to battery dead. Couldn’t reach desk by hallway phone. Coffee maker in room broken. No cream for coffee in lobby.

Great place to stay with an amazing breakfast. I didn't have hot water in the shower and it only stayed "pretty warm" for about 2 minutes but other than that, it was a wonderful stay and I'd stay there again!

Everything was Great .There where certain things that would have made is better .Soap in shower was not refilled and there was not enough towels according to how many people we had in our room
