Our whole experience of this place was awful. We stayed for two nights with our pet dog. There was no reception, in fact we saw no sign of any staff other than breakfast the morning after checking ourselves in. The room as a positive linen was clean, the bins had not been emptied from previous occupants, there was even food in the bin! Breakfast was a very unpleasant experience, we arranged the time of 9.00AM via text message. When we went down there were no clean tables to sit at so we waited for the staff member to speak to us. They did not! She practically yelled 'can i help you'? to which I answered yes. We had come for breakfast, to be told gruffly - no dogs allowed there is another room to sit in. We were not shown the room. We found it ourselves, dirty and barren! No table laid for us, nothing. The woman (staff member) was so rude another guest came to help us by explaining what to do. Breakfast itself was extremely poor too - therefore we ate nothing. We did not go for breakfast the next day - we packed, paid (reluctantly) and left. We left their sign on our door asking for clean towels as one of the towels was soaked and there was no space to dry them. This was completely ignored despite the room next door being cleaned when we left. Therefore, we had no clean dry towels to use for day two! Awful service. This is the first time where I have felt strongly enough to leave a poor review. There was no bar or restaurant as advertised. Poor poor showing Den Gamle Arrest.

Pris og standard passer ikke sammen. Kort sagt for dyrt i forhold til det man får. Beliggenheden ved Domkirken er absolut det bedste ved Arresten. Værelset har tydeligvis været vanskeligt at indrette og det er også vanskeligt at bebo. Der er meget småt med plads og ikke mindst et mikroskopisk og meget upraktisk badeværelse er en udfordring. Personalet er ikke venligt og morgenmaden er af ringe kvalitet.

Trång cell att sova i passar en person.

God frukost; ost och färsk frukt. Jättegott bröd. Rummet litet och trångt (en gammal fängelse cell) Att duscha var en utmaning; konsten att inte blöta ner hela rummet lärde man sig . Läget perfekt mitt i Gamla stan.
