Nos encantó nuestra estancia en Casona Las Cinco Calderas. Las habitaciones son limpias y luminosas, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera muy cómoda. Como pareja gay que viaja con un perro, nos sentimos muy bienvenidos desde el primer momento. Nos explicaron claramente las áreas donde los perros son bienvenidos, y apreciamos mucho la enorme zona donde Otto pudo correr libremente. Además, nos dieron excelentes recomendaciones sobre lugares para visitar y restaurantes donde comer, y cada uno de los consejos fue perfecto. Disfrutamos cada momento de nuestra estancia y, sin duda, volveremos en el futuro. ¡Gracias por una experiencia tan agradable!

Lugar con encanto

Lugar con encanto, entorno cuidado y habitación muy limpia y cuidada. Playa a 5 mins coche y Galizano a 4 min en coche (recomendable desayunar en la la panadería galizano). Precio muy excesivo para la mascota 15€ noche y no tienen un amenities para el perro (cama, comedero, algún prqueño detalle…) es de los sitios con la noche más elevada por perro. Zonas comunes muy bonitas pero no se permiten mascotas. El bar tiene un poco de todo pero unos precios elevados. Es self service y 2,5€ por una cerveza es elevado.

Schimmel, muffeliger Geruch und Unfreundlichkeit

Das Haus ist von außen wunderschön und auch die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll. Allerdings gab es Probleme mit der Feuchtigkeit. Unser Schlafzimmer hatte Schimmel an den Wänden und es hat stark muffelig und schimmelig gerochen. Mein Sohn ist krank und ich wollte das Zimmer stornieren und mir eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Leider gab das Theater und man wollte mir das nicht gestatten. Als Lösung wurde mir ein "Luft-Reiniger" und ein Maler angeboten, der den Schimmel überstreicht. Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel können natürlich in so einer Umgebung schnell entstehen, allerdings ist es dann immer noch die Frage wie ein Hotel damit umgeht. 1. Man hätte den Gast der für 150 Euro die Nacht hier schläft nicht in die Situation bringen müssen, sich dem Schimmel und dem Gestank auszusetzen und vorher einen Maler und einen Luftreiniger einsetzen können. 2. wenn man vor der Übernachtung des Gastes keine Maßnahmen gegen Schimmel und Gestank ergriffen hat, dann könnte man den Gast wenigstens ohne Theater und Diskussion ziehen lassen und seine restliche Buchung stornieren und die Kosten erstatten. In Las Cinco Calerdas Casona ist man anderer Auffasung. Ich musst mir die ganze Zeit anhören, dass ich die restlichen 6 Übernachtungen à 146,82 Euro bzw 155,46 Euro leider nicht stornieren und erstattet bekommen könnte, da das die Versicherung dem Haus nicht bezahlen würde. Stattdessen hat man die Wand mit Chlor abgewaschen. Die Dämpfe waren so penetrant, dass wir nacht Brennen in den Augen hatten.
