The 45 sqm holiday home for 2 persons is located on the 2000 sqm residential property of the owner in location. The beach on the Pälitzsee, restaurant and bakery are within a radius of about 500 m. The house is equipped with a combined living room / bedroom (sitting area, double bed, flat screen TV, radio), a separate kitchen (electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, div. Kitchen appliances), a spacious entrance area (veranda) with seating area and dining table and a toilet and a shower in the hallway. The accommodation is heated with central heating and with a wood-burning stove (firewood available). There are two furnished terraces, sun loungers, barbecue, storage for bicycles and parking. The total price includes the final cleaning, bed linen, towels and water and energy consumption and Wi-Fi. In this object the travel of a small dog is allowed (3 EUR / night on site). Pets must be registered with the owner. If an entry note is not possible, a late registration must be made.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Ganz okay, aber mit Abstrichen
Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Alles ist noch aus DDR-Zeiten. Es fehlt an vielen Sachen. Die Küche verfügt absichtlich über wenige Steckdosen, damit "nicht so viel Energie verbraucht wird". Außerdem ist die Wassertemperatur beim Duschen sehr niedrig eingestellt und der Duschkopf so tief angebracht, damit "nicht so lange geduscht wird". Wer dazu noch gerne seine Privatsphäre möchte, und keine Vermieter, die morgens ab 8:30 Uhr Gartenarbeit direkt vor den Fenstern rund um das Häuschen erledigen müssen, sollte lieber etwas anderes buchen.
