We have stayed here twice and love the house and location. The carpets have definitely seen two years of rental use, and the house could use a general (deeper) cleaning, and put stuff away/throw empty boxes/containers, but this is still our favorite place to stay when visiting family in Sparks. It is a very nice size, has beds for each of our kids, and enables us to cook and not eat out every meal! Thank you for allowing us to stay again!

Beautiful large home in Sparks

We stayed here for a week for the Reno Tahoe baseball nationals tournament. Our family arrived and were pleasantly surprised at how large and spacious the home was. It’s located in a beautiful neighborhood in Sparks. There is a walking trail that follows a little lake around to a shopping center with grocery store, ice cream, coffee, etc. It’s about 4 miles round trip. The beds were comfortable memory foam mattresses. The kitchen was large and well stocked and has an espresso machine - though I personally struggled figuring it out (user error). The outdoor bbq worked great (cooks a little hot). The AC and washer & dryer worked very well too. The Golden Eagle baseball complex is about 10 minutes up the road and the house was a perfect location for us. It’s about 25 minutes to downtown Reno and about an hour from Lake Tahoe. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!

Perfect house and location for our family!

We were in town for a weekend softball tournament and this house was perfect for our family of 4. Nice neighborhood, very spacious 2-story home- super clean and ample seating for a much larger family than ours. Master Suite located downstairs giving a very private feel. This newer home smelled very nice, was obviously well taken care of and had a lot of extra things available if needed - coffee, hot chocolate, condiments, etc. We didn't get to spend much time at the home due to the softball tournament and team activities but would love to stay here again. Home was very close to Golden Eagle Sports Complex (about 9 minutes), grocery stores, shopping and many restaurants. Owner was extremely prompt in replies during booking and check-in process. Absolutely recommend this home!

Amazing house in Sparks

WOW! I don't write reviews that often but this house was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean the communication with the host was easy. We were in sparks for a baseball tournament and the house is about a 10 minute drive to the park and is situated in a VERY quiet neighborhood which we loved. It was perfect to share between 2 families - 6 people. If we are in sparks again I will definitly book this house again. Thank you again.
