Booked this trip through Travelocity. The flight was delayed. Should have arrived before midnight; however, we did not arrive until the next day. I paid for three nights in advance. When I arrived the staff could not find my reservation. Eventually when it was found I was told that they would give me a room and they would text me when it was ready. After three hours I hadn't recieved a text. I went back to the desk and was told that I didn't have a reservation. After I got the clerk to see the previous reservation he gave me a room key. We went up to the room and it hadn't been cleaned. It was in the same condition that it was when the previous guest left. I found a member of the cleaning staff and convinced them to clean the room for us. We decided to forget all of the trouble that we had gone through so far and enjoy the rest of our visit. After returning home and checking my accounts I discovered that the Pepper Mill had charged me the full price again for the room, even though it had been pre-paid through Travelocity. After talking with bookkeeping I found that the original booking had been canceled as a no show and I was charged again. Eventually I was able to recover those funds, but I never received an apology. It was just a bad experience.
