Hotel was very clean! It great location. I asked for extra pillows when I checked in. They were ready to send someone right away. I ended up grabbing our luggage and the hotel worker walked me up and helped me into the room! Very nice! I would definitely recommend and planned on staying again!

We didn't like the fly in the room. We had to go to a pharmacy in search of toothbrush for our daughter. Our check in had a line, there was only one person at the counter. On the positive side. We like the breakfast, but the best of HI is the staff, attentive, cordial, and friendly.
