The room itself was very nice -- clean and comfortable. It was the front desk crew that I took issue with. I needed an early check-in to attend a staff party -- not overly early -- I wanted to check in at 3 pm instead of 4 pm. I called the front desk the day before my reservation and the phone must've rang about 50 times. I was out walking my dog so I just let it keep ringing. FINALLY, a young lady answered and said she couldn't guarantee an early check-in until the actual day of the reservation and then she just hung up on me! I called the next day, which was the day of my reservation, and again the phone must've rung about 50 times before a young man answered, said yes, I could have my early check-in, and then he hung up on me too. WOW. I was shocked not only about the trouble I had to go through for a simple request, but also being hung up on twice. This is customer service????

Staff were fine. Everything else was horrible. Pool was shut down by the department of Health. No one informed me that when I checked in. I was stuck on the elevator twice. I paid for an upgraded room and did not receive it and was offered no refund I was disrespected because my wife requires a certified medical service animal For that reason we were put in a pet room. We don’t have a pet and my wife doesn’t need to be punished because of a handicap

Room was nice, the bed was comfy. Toilet paper roll very far from toilet, hard to reach. Amenities as in pool and hot tub were broken the morning we checked in. Not happy about that, not even a dicount as this was one of the reasons i booked this hotel.

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and attentive, both in hotel and in casino. Property as a whole was gorgeous. The food at the Casino restaurant was very tasty–the bison burger and fries were a treat. Perfect fries too; crispy battered outside, mealy soft inside. Room was clean, spacious and well appointed. Pillows were among the best I've had in hotel, and I was glad to see four provided. Only disappointment was the pool being closed, but I won't dock points as that was likely beyond their control. Had quite an enjoyable stay!

We booked a one bedroom suite room. Room , bed and everything was great except the bathroom. Tub is so slippery and no hand rails, no mat. Toilet is so small it’s had for men to sit on it. You need to do something as seniors can not have this. It’s an accident waiting to happen.
