Overpriced for the amenities. Serious renovation is needed. Leaky shower, toilet and sink in our room 156. I would not stay again for $300 a night. Overpriced Staff is nice, friendly, and work hard!

All is set up for an enjoyable, worry free stay

We went as a family where we had different interests in our group such as swimming, night life, and just loafing in the beach, we were all happy with what we got. You can stay near the big pool during the day if you like the noise of organized activities or you can use one of the comfortable palapas if you value a quiet environment. It is all one step from the beach and the bars. Food was not sophisticated but good quality and variation, with restaurants open at all times. Spa had great options and was overall a very good experience. Staff was very helpful an non-intrusive.

A minha experiência foi um misto de pontos negativos e positivos. Quarto: A decoração e o mobiliário são bastante antigos. A limpeza e a organização estavam adequadas, porém os travesseiros eram desconfortáveis e o ar-condicionado deixou muito a desejar. Mesmo após comunicar a recepção no segundo dia, nada foi feito, e o aparelho acabou parando de funcionar durante a madrugada, fazendo muito barulho e um calor terrível. Tivemos que trocar de quarto no meio da noite, o que foi bem desagradável. Estacionamento: O estacionamento fica distante da recepção e não há serviço de valet. Para um resort, isso realmente faz falta e torna o deslocamento menos prático. Gastronomia: A comida é bem básica e pouco saborosa, com variedade muito limitada. As sobremesas são simples e os lanches, especialmente no restaurante da praia, têm excesso de frituras. Pelo porte do resort, esperava opções mais caprichadas. Lazer: A piscina é ampla e com temperatura muito agradável. A praia em frente ao hotel é excelente: mar calmo, bonito e ideal para relaxar. Iluminação noturna: Os caminhos que levam ao estacionamento e boa parte dos jardins são muito escuros, com pouca iluminação, o que passa insegurança e dificulta a locomoção. Atendimento: A maioria dos funcionários foi muito solícita e educada. O resort precisa urgentemente de renovação e mais atenção ao conforto dos hóspedes. No estado atual, não entrega o padrão esperado para o valor cobrado.

O café da manhã era bom o pessoal do Spa muito atencioso. O Jantar era péssimo, teve dias que comi só macarrão porque não tinha nenhuma proteína aceitável. Nesse sentido o hotel caiu muito, erano grande diferencial a oarte gastronômica da rede.

O VILA GALÉ CABO Sto AGOSTINHO vale muito à pena em todos os sentidos. Adoramos a estadia! Excelente para familias com crianças. Acomodação, café da manhã, almoço, chá da tarde, jantar e jantares temáticos (Cervejaria Portuguesa e o Restaurante Inevitável), petiscos, bebidas, piscina, praia, todos à altura da proposta do Resort. Lugar maravilhoso pra desligar e descansar de verdade. Recomendo a todos os viajantes.
