Amazing property, amazing location. We like traveling to the area and thought we had found our go to spot. But the property is very poorly managed. We had to cancel 4 days off our original 14 day stay and were only given a 50% refund. We were within the dates of the listing for the 100% refund, the receipt email even says 100% was still available but the owner refused saying he couldn't rent it again and it was needed for the house cleaner. The listing says the housekeeper is OPTIONAL, when there we were told she was required and we had to pay an additional 150R per day even though the owner said he paid her with the stolen refund. The listing even claims NO ADDITIONAL FEES OR EXPENSES- another lie. The maid was nice but at 8:00am we were trying to make breakfast and she was in the way and the kitchen is tiny, not enough room for 2 people but she had to be there. There was more drama but just know you can't follow the listing, get your requirements in writing before going. Great property, but just know the owner will steal nickels at the expense of loosing earned dollars.
