Luxury - Not So!!!

Described as an apartment with a king bed and queen bed. Came with only 1 bed and a sofa. Described as a luxury apartment, was in fact a terrace house split into two living accommodations. Towels were still in washing machine on a wash cycle. Booking experience was poor. Had to chase up a few days before my stay, for access codes. Halfway light did not work, so was difficult getting to the room without lighting. Silly big plant left next to the toilet seat.

It was all fine. Well kept property, good wifi and other facilities, kitchen stocked with basics and a bit more. The parking was off site and a short walk away, but had secure pass code access. Very close to the hospital, and reasonably close (walking distance) to city centre, yet is on a quiet street.

The apartment was clean and tidy, however, there were a few things that made our stay less than luxury. When we arrived we found the bedding left for the sofa bed was damp. Although promised, no bath towels were provided so we were unable to shower. As we were leaving in the morning we found the towels had been left in the dryer and were also damp. There was someone's old takeaway and beer left in the fridge.
