It was definitely a good stay just a few small things i reported the fridge did not work and the shower wedge had come unsecure from the wall but other than those two things i enjoyed my stay there!!

The site was filthy, sat on bed and it collapsed, landing me on the floor! The air conditioner didn't work and there were terrible stains and smells coming from the carpet in the hallway and room. I am very disappointed!

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I wish that the Starbucks in the lobby and pool weren't closed our entire stay.

We liked the night shift desk agent. She was an angel. The properties computer systems were down when we arrived and delayed check-in for almost an hour. The cleanliness of the room was below Courtyard by Marriott standards, even for "before cornoa" standards. There were over 20 cigarette butts and an empty cigarette box on the balcony. The balcony door was open. We specifically booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. There was no sleeper sofa. The three adults in our group travel often. Two of us have worked in the travel industry for more than two decades each. Except for the front desk nigh agent, all of us were in agreement; we were very dissappinted with this experience. It was not what we have come to expect from the Marriott family of brands.

Breakfast was a joke and there are no bandaids in the building after two of the kids were injured in the pool because of the bottom.
