Our family stayed the weekend. at the property during attendance at a conference nearby. We enjoyed the ease of walking access to the auditorium and great local restaurants. The standout of this stay, by far, was our room attendant Chien (sp?) (rm 755). She was so helpful each time we needed more room supplies or had questions about our room. We were in and out of the room getting ready for performances or needing a rest and she was so accommodating. What a pleasant series of interactions over the weekend thanks to her kindness and warmth. So grateful for her!

The hotel is beautiful, clean and secure. The staff was professional and respectful in both the hotel sideand the restaurant. The Hyatt Regency is worthy of its stars.

The staff was great and very helpful. The first room I was in had a broken heater so I had to change rooms. It would have been good if the hotel had checked it before they put me in that room. All else was very good.

The price was ridiculous, thank goodness it was covered by work. Pretty standard room, plain, basic, too expensive. Work said they won't let me stay there again.
