The Space:
Watagan View Tiny House is the perfect family staycation for vacationers with a queen-sized bed up in the loft, easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.
The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.
If you plan to spend your weekend getaways here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you!
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be other guests on the property— where a second tiny house sits on the same property. If you want to book in groups, you can contact the land host ahead of time to make arrangements.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, except for the host's private residence.

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking allowed on the property
- Mobile reception is good for Telstra only
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- We have two dogs and two cows on the property
- Please keep in mind that some areas are shared, such as the BBQ grill, chairs, etc.
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
Safety Guidelines
- We advise guests to keep an eye on children inside as the stairs to the loft is quite steep
- Guests with infants are recommended to bring their own portable travel cot during their stay
- We strictly advise guests to follow these safety guidelines to avoid potential accidents on the property
Important note:
- Please remember to shut the gates before entering and leaving the property
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our compost toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
