Check in was super fast & all staff have been so kind. They even let me into my room much earlier than the start of check in time which was SO very appreciated! Room is beautifully renovated & extremely well maintained. The heating & cooling both work fantastic. Room was sparkling clean & the set-up was perfect for me to accomplish a productive remote work day - WiFi is conveniently high speed & very reliable. Being able to walk 2 steps out my door to my parked car is also really fantastic. Beds are super comfy. Zero complaints & all gratitude for this hidden gem of a stay! Can't wait to try the complimentary breakfast in the morning which I heard was great! Thank you Align Inn....looking forward to staying here again and again!

Courteous staff and clean lobby. The breakfast was nice but nothing extravagant about it. The room (suite) was average. That was a big disappointment. NO pictures were included in the Expedia about the room we chose. We understood why when entering the room. The other rooms' designs were much better. The King size bed was very soft, unlike a good quality bed. We could hear every spring move under the sheets.

The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. The upgraded room was comfortable and roomy. It was a bit dim since the room only had one window. I would have liked the hot water for the shower to be a little hotter. The front door also could have been sealed against the outside weather a little better. There was a noticeable draft right at the door.

Exceptional staff my car was cleaned when 6 inches of snow fell overnight. Reception let me borrow her personal cup for me to use in the room. Snow plow driver asked to move our car so he can plow for our easy and safe access in the parking lot. Breakfast was great and dining area clean. Will stay again.
