Isolated house with view on the mountains

Unique hand-built house with an extraordinary view of the mountains in Sainte-Brigitte de Laval. You will have the impression of being alone in the world in the comfort of this superb house. To have a good time with your family in the heart of nature, you cannot find better just 35 minutes from Quebec.

Upon entering, you are in a large living room with two sofas, one is a sofa bed. You will find on the ground floor the dining room as well as the kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, you have the two bedrooms and a bathroom with a clawfoot tub. The master bedroom has a balcony with a superb view of the mountains. You also have access to the basement where you will find a sofa with a large TV perfect for putting a movie for the children. You will also find a second sofa bed.

You are a little north of the village of Sainte-Brigitte, you will need a car to get to the house and get around the area. In the village, five minutes away, you have all the amenities including a grocery store and all the shops for your needs. You have parking in front of the house for several cars without problem.

The village of Sainte-Brigitte-de-Laval is a superb place in the mountains. Nature is in the spotlight with rivers and forests nearby. Perfect for practicing sports such as snowshoeing or cross-country skiing in winter as well as mountain biking, hiking and fishing in summer.
