Mediocre at best. The stay got off to a rough start when the coffee shop served instant coffee and used Hershey’s syrup for hot chocolate—never a great sign. The restaurants were clearly understaffed, leading to long, unorganized wait times, and the buffet offered very limited options. To make matters worse, there was construction going on at night, which made it hard to relax or sleep. There was no real entertainment, and activities for kids were extremely limited. Overall, it didn’t feel worth the price or the hype. To end things on a positive note, I haveacknowledged that staff was very attentive and courteous.

The horrible road into the resort made us feel immediately fearful wondering where we were being taken. Man who "checked us in" was on a sell-mission, trying to get us to sign up for an excursion where time-shares were being sold. He talked SO fast and just circled things on a map, we didn't know what was happening. We were EXHAUSTED and did NOT appreciated this. The room smelled danky every day. WE had to empty the dehumidifier several times daily. The shower fan did not seem functional. The volume (noise) of the dehumidifier and the air conditioning was beyond tolerable and we had to turn both off at night and increase the ceiling fan. The "refresh" of the room amenities was never complete (coffee not replenished, coffee-mate never replenished), room balcony facing the west was intolerably hot (there's no shading, pull-down blind) so you can't sit out on it in the afternoon and the furniture so heavy making it super difficult to adjust chairs to sit in the small amount of shade at certain moments, entertainment non-existent (Fireshow pretty good though), chances of finding a conversational English speaking person is extremely small, Mexican night at the buffet was disappointing (no English speaking staff to tell me what things were), no burritos or Quesadillas and no Mariachi band - EVER - ANYWHERE (not even a Spanish-influenced guitar player ANYWHERE), the head-banging modern "mixing" of offered music was nauseating, swim-up bar was NEVER open. Property and beach were beautiful. Food and pools were great. Things that were lacking were activities for older kids and it was hard to control humidity in the room which meant air was musty smelling and things were damp. Apparently this only happens in some rooms and others are fine. This hotel is quite isolated and taxis are needed to explore off the resort. Otherwise a wonderful relaxing experience with kind and attentive staff.

We’ve been to Puerto Vallarta multiple times. This resort has the best view of the resorts we’ve stayed at. The property is lush and beautiful. The food options were good. And the staff was very friendly.

Absolutely enjoyed this place! The view, the well manicured grounds, the pools, beach just steps away made this an ideal place to relax and enjoy the views! A very attentive staff that made our stay fantastic! I have only one complaint, and that is more to the initial description of the Hotel on Expedia, that it was an Adult All Inclusive. It was a great All Inclusive but there were several families with kids. Although the kids were all great and we had a wonderful time, Expedia needs to remove the Adult Hotel description.

Internet never worked, fridge didn’t get drinks cold. We asked twice for solutions and didn’t get none or any interest on solving. The property is amazing, accesible to everybody, nice pools, beautiful beach. Could use more staff at the restaurants.

All inclusives sometimes make me nervous about the food / drinks / service but all were amazing. The poolside food service had a large variety of food that was good! Not just the typical burgers and hotdogs. The drinks were real drinks with legitimate alcohol brands and fruit. All the staff was very friendly and hospitable. The only note would be that they do not offer a lot of a la carte restaurant options but that did not matter to me and my family. We ate well at the buffet and had no issue with it. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

The beaches and views are fantastic, one of the best in the bay. Getting pool chairs needs to be done before 8:AM as there are a lot of campers. This is common for big box resorts. House keeping was not consistent on replacing coffee supplies we had to call to ask for in room coffee many times. There weren’t many places that had air conditioning and both restaurants required reservations. We were there for 7 days and the roof top restaurant which was very nice was only opens once. If you want fantastic beaches with kids this is likely your place. If you want a stepped up VIP experience I would recommend their sister property in Nuevo Vallarta called Marival Distinct.
