The property, located in Old Town area, gives the feeling of Puerto Vallarta of yesteryear. The accomodation was quite large and could have easily housed 3 persons. The kitchen was well appointed if one wished to prepare meals or snacks. The shower was a delight (recently renovated) with plenty of hot water a d good pressure. The view from the terrace is what we come to PV for...the ocean and the incredible sunsets. There is a rooftop pool! The location is perfect from which to enjoy the beach, shopping, dini g, or, in my case...the I ternational dentist just down the street.

This is an older property, but its location is excellent. The bathroom shower curtain had mold on the bottom of the shower curtain and soap left on the window sill, but was otherwise clean. The unit was quiet, comfortable and the staff was responsive and friendly to any needs. The parent company in Europe (YourRentals) was hard to work with and almost lost our reservation. Expedia and the local staff salvaged poor communication from Your Rentals. For price and location, a good value.
