I will start with the positive: Beach was beautiful The staff was friendly and helpful The grounds were very nice and clean, well kept. We did spend two days in the "club" area which was nice, great service and good food Now for why we won't be back: I never book an all inclusive with the assumption that we will be eating the best food we have ever had, and we have stayed at many all inclusive resorts. The buffett was disappointing, very crowded, very few different options each day, a few times we were not offered beverages and our plates were not cleared. I will say the breakfast was good, but it was so crowded. Our first room was in a great location close to everything, we came back after our first day on the beach to find the room infested with ants around all the windows and patio door - a staff member was sent and she sprayed the room, we asked to be moved because of the strong smell from the insect spray. We were finally placed in a different room around 9pm in a bulding not as close and no view. We then had to wait some time for staff to come with sheets for the sofa bed. The manager did give us a very nice note and a gift basket for our troubles, but this was not something we wanted to have to deal with. Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. So many kids running around, pools and hot tubs is overtaken with the little ones, pool bars are overtaken by little kids ordering drinks. Sometimes the pictures and price are really too good to be true.

Filthy and Disgusting

This hotel was completely filthy with the worst food I’ve ever seen at any restaurant or hotel. The staff was rude and unhelpful and we had belongings stolen. The guests at the hotel were also rude and disgusting. The experience was so bad we had to switch hotels half way through the trip and spend Double the money!
