📌 Other things to note
There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Tuesdays for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.

There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends. Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old (NO CHILDREN ALLOWED). Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

Tremendous staff, very responsive and welcoming. The condo is in pristine condition and was spotless. It is located in an area that doesn't require using step and climbing hills to get to the beach or shopping. We rarely saw anyone else at the pool. Like all of the Romantic Zone, there can me some noise at night from clubs but nothing awful. We have been going to PV for 25 years and found this one of our favoite places we have stayed.

From the moment we walked in everything was perfect. The condo and pool exceeded our expectations. It was a little loud because of the location, but that was to be expected and it didn’t change our opinion. One thing that we found( or didn’t) was that there were kuerig coffee pods but no kuerig machine. We actually found it funny. There was a regular coffee machine and coffee so that was nice. Overall when we left we knew we would be booking the unit again for our next trip.

Amazing place to stay

The pictures really don’t do it justice! This place was incredible and near such a good location. So many bars and restaurants around and gay bars a block or two over. The host Tiani was absolutely incredible and made sure my whole process went smoothly from beginning to end. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Service & Location

We loved the cleanliness of the property but the standout was Tiani who was exceptionally attentive. From groceries, to check in, to touching base during the stay she was exceptional. One of our guests also became very I’ll and she delivered water and electrolytes too. We loved the proximity to the party bars. Some may not given the noise, but we had a blast.

P V Mexico, 2023

This is a great property for up to 4 people. A newer condo in a newer condominium building in the heart of old P V. It was very clean (most appliances and utensils looked like they were never used), modern and upscale. The property manager, Tiana, was wonderful to work with. Very attentive and responsive. The roof-top pool was spectacular. We felt very secure in the building with pass codes needed to enter. It was about 5 blocks, short walking distance, from the beach. Within a two block radius, there were plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Plus several small market shops from groceries, wine, beer, etc. The area around the condo may seem a little run down, but you have to remember your in Mexico, not the USA.

Great month at Urban II

Urban II is a great location in the middle of all the ZR action. Clean, nice condo with everything you'd need for a short or longer stay. Rooftop pool is nice and faces sun all day and there were always plenty of loungers. Friendly reception at the front desk, he is there 9am-6pm. Tiani at property management was so accessible and helpful at any time. Key code for building door and apartment door. Would definitely stay again!
