The house is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. It is made ready with everything you might need for a long term stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes and silverware, toaster, coffeemaker, microwave, countertop oven, and full size appliances.
The master bedroom includes a king size bed, a closet, a terrace, and a private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms both include closets, two single beds, and share a bathroom. The house accommodates six guests.
There is a laundry patio with a full sized washer/dryer. The pool is only steps away. One private parking space is provided. The complex is gated and has 24 hour security. Pets are not allowed.
Guests are provided with internet, cable TV and 100 local or international calls to the US or Canada, without time limit, per month. If you go beyond that amount of calls, the bill will be deducted from the damage deposit.
The house is only available for monthly rentals. Booking requires a 50% non refundable deposit. Cleaning during the stay is done by guest. A refundable damage deposit of $300.00 dollars will be required. All fees are stated in American Dollars.
